Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Green Bean Harvester Mechanic to join our agricultural team. The Green Bean Harvester Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of farm equipment, vehicles, and machinery with emphasis on our green bean harvesting equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of farm operations.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of mechanical knowledge and experience in agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in farm/harvest equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections, to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems, following manufacturer's guidelines and specifications.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
