Position Overview
Atlas Rehabilitation & Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam is a 210 Resident Nursing Home in Search of Skilled, Motivated Individuals With a Mechanical Mindset to Join Our Maintenance Team! Full and Part Time Positions Available.
Responsibilities- Building Maintenance
- Monitor Low Pressure Boilers (Low Pressure Black Seal Required)
- Completing Work Orders/Respond When Called to Fix Broken Wheel Chairs, Hospital Beds, Toilets, Sinks, ETC
- Maintain Oxygen on Floors For Residents
- Ensuring Facility is in Compliance With All Safety, Fire, Plumbing, Electrical, Building, State & Local Codes and Regulations
- Providing a Comfortable Environment For All Residents & Staff
