Field/Service Technician, Pest Control
Position Summary
The Seasonal Start Technician is responsible for delivering a 5-star customer experience to new customers by performing initial pest control services, including the application of chemicals and manual treatment methods to eliminate pest activity.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.
- Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer information.
- 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
