Position: Maintenance Worker
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Shift: Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $18–$20 per hour

Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Worker to ensure our facility and grounds are safe, clean, and in top condition. This vital role helps create a comfortable, well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

• Perform daily repairs and general maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and related tasks
• Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery
• Conduct routine inspections and address minor repairs promptly
• Maintain HVAC systems, including regular filter changes
• Assist with groundskeeping and snow removal when needed
• Support overall facility upkeep to ensure safety and regulatory compliance

• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
• Hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting
• Ability to perform outdoor maintenance and snow removal as required
