Job Description
As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of our apartment complex. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that common areas, unit turns, hallways, offices, and other shared spaces are consistently clean and presentable.
Responsibilities- Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new move‑ins, including appliances, cabinets, countertops, mirrors, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, shower walls, doors, toilets, floors, ceiling fans, light fixtures, globes, door knobs, wall plate covers, windows, tracks, blinds, carpeting, and any other required areas.
- Clean common halls: entry doors, windows, washers, dryers, laundry tubs, baseboards, handrails, light fixtures, doorknobs, resident door exteriors, cobwebs, hard-floor mopping, carpet vacuuming.
- Clean office, clubhouse, and restrooms as needed.
- Help maintain pool, pool area, and pool bathrooms.
- Gather and remove litter from grounds, and perform general grounds tasks such as planting flowers, pulling weeds, watering, exterior painting, and shoveling porches.
- Deliver notices and door hangers to residents.
- Assist in the leasing office – answering phones, leasing apartments, filing, and other tasks.
- Use various chemicals and cleaning supplies safely.
- Carry supplies and vacuum cleaners; climb stairs and ladders to various heights.
- Apply proper safety precautions at all times.
- Work at multiple sites effectively.
- Assist maintenance and/or management with other jobs as directed.

Requirements- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or a similar role is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required to support other Princeton properties.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Capable of working both independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for maintaining clean and organized spaces.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and team members.
- Knowledge of safe handling and usage of cleaning products and equipment.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
