This is a full-time, non exempt level position.

• General upkeep of the vessel, including washing, chipping, painting, and cleaning
• Tow work, including building rigging, and building tow for Lineboats
• Fleet work, including preparing barges for delivery to local customers
• Assisting barge cleaners, mechanics, and welders may also be required

High School/GED

• Ability to work safely, exercise initiative and good judgment
• Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the vessel
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to work in all types of climates
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, including drug screen

• Must possess a current or be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Credential (TWIC) card
• ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

• Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
• If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$259/day
