CMMS Lead Administrator
Enviro Smart has a current need for a full-time candidate to manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and information database on a facility operation support services contract at a Federal law enforcement training facility in Clinton, MD. Facility consists of multiple administrative, training, and support structures spread over a 300+ acre campus. Infrastructure and assets include indoor firing ranges and associated target, bullet trap, and ventilation systems;
building structural components such as roofing and flooring; real property installed equipment such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, conveyance, and life safety systems; HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and roof top units; and fuel systems including storage tanks.
This CMMS position will receive, log, distribute, and manage the service calls for routine and non-routine maintenance requirements on a daily basis. We are responsible for operating and maintaining the building to include both normal circumstances and contingencies. The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) package will be developed to automate the Operations, Maintenance and Repair record keeping requirements.

Position Duties:
The CMMS Lead Administrator will assist in managing data for a facility operation services contract at a Federal law enforcement training facility. Facility consists of multiple administrative, training, and support structures spread over a 300+ acre campus. Contract includes building maintenance and repair; custodial; landscaping; warehousing; and training area operation services.
The primary role of this position will be overseeing, managing, and assisting in the overall operation and maintenance of the information associated with the site's CMMS, WebTMA. Position is required to input operational data and maintain the system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities in support of:
- Assets and equipment inventory management;
- Facility maintenance and repairs;
- Service call/work order management;
- Automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement;
- Facility performance management;
- Equipment performance management; and
- Equipment maintenance/repair histories
Candidate will serve as the point-of-contact for the CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical issues to support software and equipment. The candidate will also track, supervise, and ensure the quality of services within other areas of the site.
Required Eligibility
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years (within the last 10 years) of specialized experience at the CMMS or other work order systems directly related to the support services of the types specified here.
- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience with CMMS platforms - experience with WebTMA or similar - is a big plus;
- Excellent communication and computer skills;
- High level of professionalism for client interaction;
- Ability to secure a Government clearance in a timely manner – requires a CLEAN background and credit history and US citizenship; and
- Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of US Government facilities is also a plus.

- High School Diploma or higher

- Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday unless otherwise required by a job/project.
