Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in general custodial/building maintenance or a related field ;
- Valid Class D Driver's License
- Ability to complete and successfully pass pre-employment physical & agility test, drug screening, CORI & Fingerprint-based background checks
Physical
Skills:
Work is typically in a town-building setting, involving sitting, with periods of stooping, walking, and standing. Requires agility and physical strength. Work may require lifting heavy objects and carrying them (lift and move over 50 pounds; push and pull weights up to 100 lbs, with proper equipment.), operating a hand truck, and using power and manual snow removal and landscaping equipment.
Motor
Skills:
Duties may involve assignments requiring the application of hand and eye coordination with finger dexterity and motor coordination.
Visual
Skills:
Visual demands require routinely reading documents for general understanding and analytical purposes; and the ability to manipulate hand tools and equipment.
