• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms
• Follow directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Respond to unexpected cleaning needs such as spills or urgent cleanup situations
• Follow facility safety and security procedures
• Maintain company and client cleanliness standards
• Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude
• Complete assigned cleaning routes within expected time frames

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous janitorial experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
