• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Remove trash and recycling and replace liners as needed
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies including soap and paper products
• Respond to unexpected cleaning needs such as spills or urgent messes
• Follow all safety and security procedures for assigned facilities
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
• Complete cleaning routes efficiently and within scheduled time frames
• Maintain company quality standards at all times

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and remain on task
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and remain active during shifts
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
