Flux Core Welder

Location: Clinton, TN
Pay: $20–$23/hr
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Flux Core Welder (FCAW) to join a local fabrication team in Clinton. The right candidate should be comfortable welding structural steel and reading blueprints or shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform flux core welding on steel components
• Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Inspect welds for quality and proper fit-up
• Use grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Experience with flux core welding
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Ability to measure, fit, and position steel components
• Basic understanding of welding safety and quality standards
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Pay: $20–$23/hr based on experience.
