CLEANING / DOMESTIC TECHNICIAN - APARTMENT (Fresno, CA / Clovis, CA)

Full time, roaming position, responsible for Cleaning and maintenance at various apartment communities in Fresno, CA and Clovis, CA, where assigned to work under the supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and/or Apartment Manager.

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (3)

• Cleaning of common areas, including, but not limited to, laundry rooms, recreation areas, lobby, lounges, gym, office, restrooms, pool area, furniture.
• Daily trash pickup & cleaning of common areas.
• Constantly observe condition of community and immediately report and/or initiate action to correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a trash-free property and assist in cleanup of vacant units.
• Keep grounds and buildings neat and free of litter.

• Prepare vacant apartments to make ready for new move-ins.
• Respond to service requests inside occupied apartments ensuring excellent customer service.
• Travel to multiple apartment community locations during scheduled work day.
• Driving & Transportation Duties
  • Operate golf carts and/or company vehicles and/or business use of personal vehicle on property grounds and access roads, roadways, and/or operating a vehicle when responding to authorized calls to work when assigned to Unrestricted On-Call Duty (4)
  • Travel throughout the property and between areas as needed to complete tasks (i.e. maintenance, leasing tours, etc.)
  • Follow all applicable traffic safety rules when operating vehicles in areas with pedestrian and vehicle activity
  • Transport tools, equipment, and supplies as required.

While performing the duties of this Job, there will be periods of standing, walking and sitting; the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, grip, grasp, hold; reach with hands and arms, push, pull; and talk or hear; climb up and down stairs; sitting in a vehicle driving. The employee is frequently required to walk, stand.

The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to reach with arms outstretched or overhead.

  Experience:
  
  1-2 years preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, but not required.

• Flexibility to work weekend and weekday hours between 8am-6pm
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have transportation when assigned to work at multiple locations during the work day / work week and/or when responding to authorized calls to work when assigned to Unrestricted On-Call Duty (4)
