Cesar-Chavez-Foundation is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Janitor to ensure property maintenance and respond to resident service requests. Responsibilities include plumbing, carpentry, janitorial duties, and equipment inspection.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of general maintenance experience, effective communication skills, and basic computer skills. The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly.
