Position Summary

The Operations Staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include event preparation, event presentations, move-ins, move-outs, and general day to day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.

This position will remain open until June 19, 2026.

Responsibilities

* Perform general labor as assigned.

* Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc.

* Assists in conversion duties as assigned.

* Maintain safe work environment.

* Respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner.

* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds.

* Follow instructions.

* Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks.

* Actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property.

* Maintain organized storage areas.

* May be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts and floor scrubbers.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to workdays, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

* Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.

* Knowledge of general maintenance and the ability to learn new skills.

* Must be able to work in various weather conditions.

* Be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines.
