Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events, including setting up and tearing down flooring, chairs, barricades, staging, tables, and other furnishings and equipment;
Responsible for the physical setup of all areas around the venue for banquets, conferences, and meetings;
Respond to promoters'/clients' needs as directed by the onsite manager;
Assist with pre/post event cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, and carpet cleaning;
Maintain and operate venue equipment and property, store and maintain changeover equipment, and work under pressure to meet schedules
