This position is responsible for maintaining and upkeeping all kiosk redemption units, jackpot stations, recyclers, cage dispensers, coin redemption machines, enrollment and promotion kiosk throughout the facilities and ATM fills at all locations and properties as needed. - Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
- Deliver our Five Star Experience to guests and all team members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards.
- Install, configure, and maintain kiosks at designated locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on all machinery and ensure equipment is back in use quickly.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they impact kiosk performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement software updates and enhancements.
- Maintain security and accountability of company assets.
- Assist customers with monetary and informational needs.
- Communicate with all departments as needed using professionalism.
- Follow established house rules, procedures, and internal control policies.
- Ensure integrity of Cash Ops machines, security locks including ATR’s, JXC’s, recyclers, dispensers, ATMs, Coin Max, marketing kiosk, icehouse drop and fills and replace parts as necessary.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and privacy regulations to safeguard data.
- Monitor and assist with any future equipment that holds currency.
- Communicate with the Technician Manager and outside vendors when needed to ensure proper care of all equipment.
- Maintain excellent communications with all Directors, Managers and Supervisors.
- Be willing to travel to other properties as needed for machine maintenance and repairs.
- Develop, maintain, and nurture a positive work environment.
- Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and assist them as required.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned, which may include traveling to other locations for training and service calls.
- High School Diploma (or GED).
- Six (6) months of high-volume cash handling experience.
- Six (6) months of experience using or servicing high-volume cash handling equipment.
- Six (6) months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass periodic random drug screens.
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.
Requires ability to talk and hear regularly. Frequently stand, walk and sit. Occasionally use upper extremities, climb or balance, stoop, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift up to 50 pounds and/or push, pull up to 100 pounds. May work in low light, loud noise conditions.
Work EnvironmentMultiple locations. Some enterprises open 24/7, requiring flexibility to work any hours, including emergencies, weekends and holidays. Facilities may not be smoke-free. Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor premises 24 hours per day.
