McCormick & Company is seeking a Maintenance Work Leader for the 3rd shift (9:30pm–6am, Sun–Thu) at the Hunt Valley Plant. The role oversees daily mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, improving reliability and controlling costs while supporting plant performance objectives.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with CMMS/SAP, plus the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
