A clean, safe, and welcoming campus starts with a dedicatedfacilities team, and this full-time Custodian position playsan essential role in creating an environment where students and employees can thrive. You'll perform a variety of custodial and building maintenance tasks to keep classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and campus facilities clean, organized, and ready for daily use. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, carpets, windows, and furnishings;
replenishing supplies; setting up meeting rooms and classrooms; operating cleaning equipment; removing trash and recycling; assisting with snow removal; and helping maintain secure campus buildings. You'll also identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards, helping ensure campus facilities remain safe and well maintained.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, employees, and visitors are essential. You'll be comfortable performing physically active work, adapting to changing priorities, and contributing to a welcoming campus environment every day.

Starting pay range: $16.46 - $18.93

Work Schedule: 4:00pm
-12:30am, with occasional weekend availability
