Building Utility Person (Full‑time, benefits)

Location:

Cold Spring Elementary School (location subject to change)

Available:
August 11, 2026 (exact start date TBD)

Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Hours:

10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

• Perform custodial work such as collecting trash, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
• Perform building maintenance including light carpentry, painting, electrical, ventilation, and equipment repairs.
• Perform ground maintenance including mowing grass, weeding, trimming, raking, and preparing/lining athletic fields.
• Maintain building security and related tasks.
• Cover for the building in the absence of the Head Custodian.
• All other duties as assigned.

A working knowledge and understanding of commercial building maintenance and custodial duties as listed above. Ability to work well with others and function as a team player.
