Capstone On-Campus Management in College Park, MD, seeks a Facilities Technician to support day‑to‑day maintenance for a student housing community at South Campus Commons, University of Maryland. Two positions are available with a comprehensive benefits package and a rotating 24‑hour on‑call schedule.
You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, respond to work orders, conduct preventive tasks, and assist with building system upkeep, furniture turnover, and safety inspections.
