Maintenance Supervisor – Full Time
Location: TAMU – 1515 Commerce Street, College Station, TX 77843 (openings at other locations within the school district are available). Applications accepted online only.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Full‑time with flexibility for part‑time needs.
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.50 per hour.
Requirements: Prior general maintenance and supervisory experience. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Background screening may be required (e.g., Florida Level
2).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet acceptable standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit quality, productivity, and safety meet expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
- Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting for advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
