Monitor inventory of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment for housekeeping tasks;
Familiarize self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to ensure completion of housekeeping tasks;
Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks and minor repairs as assigned;
Provide laundry services as needed and/or directed;
Log and monitor completion of janitorial and repair requests
