Peak Made Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain community grounds and common areas in College Station, TX. This onsite role focuses on delivering excellent curb appeal and a clean, welcoming environment for residents.
You’ll work with the maintenance team to inspect exterior spaces, manage trash and pool upkeep, and ensure lighting, painting and general cleanliness meet Peak’s standards. A high school diploma and prior maintenance experience are preferred.
