AKITA Drilling is seeking Floor hands to join their US Drilling Services division in Montana. Floor hands are responsible for supporting daily drilling rig operations, including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and safe operation under the supervision of senior rig personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to establish or further their career in the drilling industry, especially those who thrive in challenging outdoor environments and rotational schedules.

• $28.00 per hour

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to stay alert and attentive for 12 or more hours a day
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including prolonged exposure to hot, cold, wet, or damp environments
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time at assigned worksites
• Ability to work rotational schedules, including holidays, weekends, days, and nights

• One year of rig-based experience preferred
