Our Team Leads, coordinate tasks, support the team hands-on, maintain supplies, support managers, and help us maintain a great place for our teams to work. We value and respect our teams, work hard and enjoy creating clean spaces our clients appreciate.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Team Lead to help support our team in a school. The ideal candidate must have leadership skills, cleaning experience, and the ability to work closely with the manager and team members to achieve daily goals. Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate will all team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the cleaning team during assigned shifts.
• Communicate daily tasks and expectations with team members.
• Work closely with the manager to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Inspect completed work and provide guidance when needed.
• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed, including classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Ensure supplies are available and report shortages to management.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with the manager and cleaning team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to successfully pass a PA School Background Check.
