Collegeville, PA 19426
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm Year-Round
We are looking for a handy-man type professional to support custodial needs in a private school environment. Some light janitorial support and managing building service vendors as well as miscellaneous building maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:GENERAL TASKS
- Handle inquiries and task requests from the client
- Clean debris or accidental messes
- Setup and Breakdown chairs, tables, and light furniture as needed
- Keep utility closets and equipment clean and organized
- Communicate site issues or changes
- Communicate supply needs to Manager
- Minor Repair/Maintenance of onsite property or equipment
- Manage vendors as appropriate at direction of client
- Manage resources as directed by the client
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check and school clearance requirements.
