Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes and models;
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work orders;
Travel to customer job sites for/maintenance as needed;
Assist in the training of lower level technicians;
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
