About the RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is safe,clean, and fully operational for residents. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks, unit turns, and service requests while providing excellent customer service.
$24–$26/hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch)
On-Call & Emergency Response Required
- Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Perform unit turns including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs to prepareapartments for new residents
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems
- Respondto on-call and emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and ensure overall property appearance
- Workwith vendors and support larger maintenance projects as needed
