Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour

Project Length: 1-3 days

From mowing to maintenance, you shape the first impression. Join a team that takes pride in presentation. The Groundskeeper operates landscaping equipment, performs routine maintenance, and supports outdoor upkeep, including mowing, trimming, debris removal, and general site care.

Previous property maintenance experience required (1-2 years). Strong general repair/handyman skills. Basic landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Reliable, professional, and safety-focused. HVAC or EPA certification is a plus.

Maintenance Duties:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Complete work orders for repairs, including plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, and general handyman tasks
• Assist with unit turns and inspections
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

Groundskeeping Duties:

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the community
• Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, and debris removal
• Maintain walkways, parking areas, and common spaces
• Assist with seasonal property upkeep as needed
