Two Coast Living seeks a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic updates to company standards. This onsite role is based at Residences at Falcon North / Lombard, CO, and operates during a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
You will work closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to ensure move-in readiness, safety, and quality, while supporting ongoing repairs and site upkeep across the community.
