Avanti Residential is seeking a Service Manager for Sky at Bear Creek in Colorado Springs. This role leads maintenance staff, oversees preventative maintenance, and ensures high-quality unit readiness for move-ins while maintaining strong resident and vendor communication.
In this full-time, on-site position, you will manage budgets, work with the Community Manager, and respond to after-hours emergencies. Eligible candidates have 3+ years in property maintenance and relevant certifications.
