NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for View on Centennial in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on timely maintenance, making-ready tasks, pool/spa upkeep, and general grounds care to keep communities safe and welcoming.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, familiarity with unit turns, plumbing, and electrical repairs, and a valid driver’s license. On-call rotation and weekend availability are required.
