CCS Facility Services - 78081 CO-1420 Austin Bluffs Pkwy - Responsibilities:
Maintain common areas of office buildings in clean and orderly condition;
Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors;
Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day;
Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles and restrooms twice daily;
Sweep stairwells and landings; remove debris from landscaped areas as needed
