Cottonwood Residential in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and keep residents' homes in top condition. You will set high standards, supervise technicians, and ensure timely completion of service tickets.
You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, oversee make-ready and turnover, and ensure safety compliance. EPA Type II or Universal certification is required; a CPO is a plus, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
