Jaxon is looking for a Sustainment Lead to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Salary: $85,000-$100,000

Schedule: Full-Time

Travel Requirement: While this role is located in Colorado Springs, a Sustainment Lead should be prepared to travel very often and as needed. Travel expenses are paid by the company.

Security Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.

  • An active DoD Top-Secret clearance is highly desired.

Primary Duties:
  • Maintain zero slippage to the onsite work schedule due to controllable variables (e.g. weather, site support, real world impacts are not measured negatively).
  • Conduct 100% of daily safety and work-plan briefs with deployed team with clear directions.
  • Be on-site sustainment program lead who represents Jaxon and the on-site teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customer representatives, stakeholders, and site personnel through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent delivery of commitments.
  • Foster and represent Jaxon’s core values while on-site and in-office with professionalism.
  • Be acting Sustainment HEMP subject matter expert when communicating with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Submit highly detailed and accurate Site Status Reports (SSRS) to the management teams at the conclusion of each workday.
  • Conduct effective proprietary sustainment training for new sustainment technicians and/or other program support personnel within the company.
Requirements Required

Job Qualifications:
  • Active driver’s license
  • Ability to write and to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for coordination and reporting
  • 1+ year experience coordinating teams to successfully complete routine objectives
  • 1+ year experience of Hardness Maintenance/Hardness Surveillance (HM/HS) experience and/or 2+ years of HEMP DoD technician/construction experience
