Maintenance Technician

Triad is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to work at a retail facility in Broomfield, CO. Starting hours will be 8am to 5pm, but must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and holidays. Pay rate is $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

• Routine facility maintenance.
• Repairing and replacing lighting fixtures, toilets, sinks.
• Replacing light bulbs as needed.
• Delivering messages.
• Transporting small equipment or tools.
• Identifying and reporting the need for major repairs.
• Role may require iOS or Android capability on a personal cell phone to use quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum of one year maintenance technician experience required.

Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills preferred.
