Beginning date of employment: ASAP

Will work under the direction of the Facilities and Maintenance manager and the building Principal. Perform general cleaning, basic building maintenance, and outside grounds upkeep.

• Former custodial experience preferred
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge are helpful but not required.
• Heavy lifting and being able to withstand inclement weather is a must.
