MC - Up to $20.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage work orders and preventative maintenance.;
Perform housekeeping prep tasks including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture; review maintenance needs.;
Light electrical and plumbing tasks as needed (e.g., changing outlets, plunging toilets, unclogging sinks).;
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; place orders to management.;
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property.
