Streets Maintenance Technician I
Salary: $51,489 – $69,511
Responsibilities- Operate a variety of equipment to assist with the construction, maintenance, and repair of town streets and property.
- Experience with street maintenance, lawn and park maintenance.
- Knowledge of operating various heavy equipment (preferred but not required).
- Valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Valid Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement and CDOT Flagger Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

This is a non‑exempt position. Housing may be available in a town‑owned unit. The hiring range is $51,489 – $69,511, commensurate to experience.
