Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities across both properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of maintenance projects and upgrades.

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
