Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure optimum quality and efficient operation;
Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry);
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed;
Repair general fixtures including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry;
Clean and maintain outside landscape and report deficiencies to supervisor
