Custodian Salida School District

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various maintenance and custodial tasks efficiently. This role is vital in creating a safe and pleasant environment for all students and staff.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Address minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with external contractors.
• Monitor inventory and arrange for procurement of necessary supplies.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down spaces for events and activities.

• Proven experience in maintenance and custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of safety and cleaning standards.
