Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and extractors;
Perform deep cleaning of kitchen areas including hoods, vents, walls, floors, drains, and equipment exteriors;
Clean and sanitize high-use back-of-house areas including dish rooms, prep spaces, walk-ins, loading docks, and service corridors;
Remove grease buildup from floors, walls, and kitchen equipment surfaces using approved chemicals and tools;
Follow Health Department, OSHA, and company sanitation guidelines; assist with inspections and special projects
