Maintenance Snowmass Mountain Lodging

Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Maintenance to join our team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include

• General Building Maintenance
• Boiler Checks
• Pool Checks
• Light bulb changing in common area
• In room maintenance
• Cleaning and Organizing
• PM Checks
• VIP Checks
• Respond to guest calls and colleague needs
• Respond to emergency situation
• Maintain the property
• Other duties as assigned

Start Date
: ASAP

Pay Rate
: $28-$29/ hour

Schedule
:
Flexible, may include weekends or on-call hours for emergencies

• Health Insurance - Choose from three plans!
• High School Diploma and/or Trade School Certification preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience
• Bilingual helpful but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
• CPO certification preferred but not required.
