Island Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of our Resorts;
Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed;
Inspect the irrigation system regularly and repair as necessary; inspect playgrounds, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities;
Maintain resort areas including grounds, trash/debris removal, and cleaning; snow removal as needed;
Assist Resort Manager with the supervision of service contractors and report maintenance issues to the manager
