The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheridan, CO. This role is responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks in medical environments, including damp dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection. Day-to-day work may include cleaning windows and glass surfaces, maintaining floors and carpets, restocking supplies, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company standards. The Cleaning Specialist follows established safety protocols, uses environmentally friendly products, and reports issues or maintenance needs through company communication channels.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled cleaning tasks on time.

• Ability to perform Commercial Cleaning tasks with consistency and quality.
• Skills in Window Cleaning, including streak-free glass and detail work.
• Experience with Home Cleaning or House Cleaning methods that support thorough sanitization.
• Basic Carpet care skills, such as vacuuming and spot cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment or supplies as required for cleaning tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the Sheridan, CO worksite and consistent punctuality.
• Willingness to follow instructions, operate cleaning equipment safely, and adhere to company procedures.
• Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
