Trail Maintenance Crew

Hiring for seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled, whichever comes first.

The trail maintenance crew member assists in general trail maintenance, installs and maintains erosion control measures, participates in revegetation efforts, and performs other environmental related activities. They are responsible for implementing and practicing safety throughout each day.

- Determine the correct tools needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure they are returned and stored properly.
- Safely execute all functions by evaluating immediate surroundings.
- Ensure that proper PPE is used for self and others.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the tools and equipment.
- Have a clear understanding of access roads and travel paths.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Be flexible with working hours and schedule.
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $23.69/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
