Location: Timnath
Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site, full-time with on-call duties and comprehensive benefits await.
