Island Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain resort facilities and amenities;
Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities;
Inspect irrigation, playground, pool/spa, and recreational amenities and perform minor repairs;
Maintain grounds including lawn care and landscaping; clean common areas;
Assist Resort Manager with supervision of service contractors and report maintenance issues
