This role pays $28 per hour.

Our Maintenance Technicians:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare and organize materials and equipment before starting a task.
- Report equipment/items to supervisor that need repair immediately.
- Respond to occasional building emergencies as needed by the supervisor.
- Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor.
- Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
- Share on call duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak English.
- Formal training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 1 years building maintenance work experience.
- Completion of a background check may include other prescreening requirements such as a drug screen, physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
Physical Requirements Include:
- Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building.
- Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment.
- May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
